Bulk connectors are a generic term for any connector that you can buy separately from a cable. You can use a bulk connector to repair a cable that had a damaged connector, or to build a cable from scratch using bulk cable. Bulk connectors include: male and female XLR's, locking speakon types, 1/4" phono plugs, RCA plugs, TT, mini-plugs, etc...
